Trade No. 2

Warriors acquire Joel Embiid

76ers acquire Andrew Wiggins, Kevon Looney, 2020 first-round pick (No. 2), 2021 first-round pick (via MIN)

In this second hypothetical scenario, the Warriors part with all of the pieces from the last slide, plus Kevon Looney.

Looney is one of the few tradable assets on the Warriors’ current roster, and the 24 year-old heads to Philadelphia as a sweetener in this hypothetical.

Looney could head to Philadelphia and continue his development, while he’d have the opportunity to play with and learn from Al Horford.

Looney dealt with an abdominal injury last season which required surgery, but he’s fully recovered and would benefit from consistent playing time.
