The Los Angeles Lakers cannot offer the Wizards the best package in return for Bradley Beal, but that doesn’t mean the Lakers would be out of the race.

Beal recently bought a new home in Los Angeles, which has continued to fuel rumors. Much like the Anthony Davis trade, if Beal makes it clear that the Lakers are his preferred destination, a deal could be possible.

As of this writing, the Lakers are in a battle with the Miami Heat, with Game 6 of the Finals set for Sunday night.

The Lakers may not need Beal as much as other teams on this list, but if he’s intent on landing in Los Angeles, the Lakers should absolutely make an offer.
