Boston can offer him a fresh start, away from the bright lights of Hollywood, and if it’s a good fit, the Celtics can pitch him on staying long term.
Los Angeles is where George always wanted to be, but a championship is a player’s ultimate goal. If the prospects aren’t there to win with the Clippers, George may depart regardless.
