This Bucks-76ers trade would pair Al Horford with Giannis Antetokounmpo

The Milwaukee Bucks are going to do everything in their power to keep superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo happy this offseason. With his free agency coming up quickly, the Bucks will stop at nothing to get more talent to surround him with. One intriguing trade target could be Philadelphia 76ers’ star big man Al Horford.

After one season with the 76ers, it is fairly clear that Horford could be moved this offseason. He simply did not fit very well with Philadelphia.

If the Bucks want to make an impact move this offseason, acquiring Horford could be what the doctor ordered. Horford may not be a “superstar,” but there is no question that he would help improve the Bucks.

During the 2019-20 season with the 76ers, Horford ended up averaging 11.9 points per game to go along with 6.8 rebounds and 4.0 assists. He shot 45 percent from the floor and knocked down 35 percent of his three-point attempts.

All of that being said, let’s take a look at why the Bucks and 76ers should consider a deal and what exactly the trade might look like.
