Poole’s Potential Impact in Los Angeles
What could Poole bring to the Clippers? With James Harden running the point, Poole’s role would be more defined, similar to his time with the Warriors. He could serve as a dynamic scoring option off the bench, a role in which he previously thrived.
The proposed trade could see the Clippers sending Norman Powell and P.J. Tucker to the Wizards. While neither player fits Washington’s long-term plans, they could be valuable trade assets. For the Wizards, this trade would provide an opportunity to continue stockpiling assets for their rebuild. For the Clippers, Poole could be a valuable addition, offering both immediate contributions and potential long-term upside.
