The Phoenix Suns are a team to watch in the NBA for the 2023-2024 season. They made a huge blockbuster trade that landed them Bradley Beal, a top scorer in the league. For that reason, one NBA Insider reveals a massive prediction for the Suns.

Brian Windhorst of ESPN says the Suns “have the potential to be the number one offense in the history of the NBA.” The bold statement clarifies, though, to not “judge the Suns immediately how they go.”

Windhorst added the fact that chemistry might be an issue early on. They have “10 new players” on the roster. Nonetheless, the Suns are a “powerhouse offensively, and they have the firepower to beat anybody four out of seven.”

That is high expectations for a team that looks much different than they did a few years back. Additionally, they have a new coach in Frank Vogel. He will have the responsibility to manage the star players on the team. Along with Beal, Devin Booker and Kevin Durant have the ability to lead the team in scoring on any given night.

Beal missed out on the first game of the season in the Suns’ win over the Warriors. However, if given the time, they are looked at as a top team in the NBA, let alone the Western Conference. The last time there was a great trio like the one assembled was in Brooklyn that also involved Durant.

That quickly became a disaster as injuries and trades dismantled the team. All three superstar players for the Suns have been able to lead their teams in the past in scoring. That might be an issue as to how the ball will be distributed among the trio. If all goes well, Windhorst’s prediction might be true once the season has ended.
