One NBA writer is proposing that the New Orleans Pelicans make a trade with the Indiana Pacers centered around veteran shooting guard Buddy Hield. Zach Buckley of Bleacher Report proposed the following trade idea between the Pelicans and Pacers:

The Indiana Pacers trade Buddy Hield, a 2024 second-round pick (via MIL) and a 2025 second-round pick to the New Orleans Pelicans for Larry Nance Jr., Jordan Hawkins and Kira Lewis Jr.

Hield began his NBA career with the Pelicans in 2016-17. He played in 57 games for New Orleans before getting traded to the Sacramento Kings. The Pelicans could benefit from adding Hield since he’s one of the greatest shooters in NBA history.
