NBA playoff teams are interested in trading for Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso, according to K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago.

Johnson believes the Bulls could trade Caruso during the 2023-24 season if they underachieve and enter sell mode.

“Alex Caruso is like constantly sought after by everybody on every playoff team in the history of the NBA,” Johnson said on the Bulls Talk Podcast. “I mean, he’s just a plug-and-play player for anybody. He had a lot of interest in the last deadline and he would certainly get you a first-round pick at least. And he’s got a very manageable contract. So that would be another name to consider if they are underachieving and going to go into sell-off mode.”
