Los Angeles Lakers star and NBA legend LeBron James shared a heartwarming video of Bronny James being back home after suffering a cardiac arrest on July 24.

Bronny was playing the piano for his two siblings in the video.

Bronny is entering his freshman year at USC. It’s unknown if he will play this season after suffering a cardiac arrest. LeBron and his wife, Savannah, will consult multiple doctors before making a decision about their son.

LeBron, who signed a two-year extension with the Lakers last summer, told The Athletic’s Jason Lloyd in February 2022 that he would do anything to play with Bronny in the NBA. No father has played with or against his son in the NBA.

“My last year will be played with my son,” LeBron said. “Wherever Bronny is at, that’s where I’ll be. I would do whatever it takes to play with my son for one year. It’s not about the money at that point.”

LeBron can become an unrestricted free agent in the summer of 2024 and sign with the team Bronny gets drafted by if the youngster is still able to play basketball. For now, everyone in the NBA world will continue to pray for Bronny after the talented kid went through a freighting experience.

LeBron hinted at retirement after the Lakers got swept by the Denver Nuggets in the 2023 Western Conference Finals. However, the NBA’s all-time leading scorer announced at the 2023 ESPY Awards that he’ll be playing next season.

A future Hall of Famer, LeBron averaged 28.9 points, 8.3 rebounds and 6.8 assists last season while shooting 50.0% from the field, 32.1% from beyond the arc and 76.8% from the free-throw line. The King then put up 24.5 points, 9.9 boards and 6.5 assists per game in the 2023 NBA playoffs against the Memphis Grizzlies, Golden State Warriors and Nuggets. The four-time MVP and four-time Finals MVP was still one of the best players in the world despite being 38 years old.
