The Chicago Bulls have engaged several teams on Zach LaVine trade opportunities since the 2022-23 NBA season ended. The franchise wants a young player with upside and multiple draft picks if LaVine is traded and Evan Massey of NBA Analysis Network proposed a trade between the Bulls and Sacramento Kings.

However, the Bulls have won only one playoff game since acquiring LaVine from the Minnesota Timberwolves in the summer of 2017 in the blockbuster Jimmy Butler trade.
LaVine is “not happy” his name keeps coming up in trade rumors, a league source told NBA Analysis Network. The source added that he wouldn’t be surprised if LaVine doesn’t finish his contract with the Bulls.
NBA NEWS, RUMORS & TRADE RUMORS: Zach LaVine, Chicago Bulls, Sacramento Kings Updates
“Zach is not happy he keeps seeing his name pop up in trade rumors year after year,” the source said. “He’s represented the Bulls and the city of Chicago very well. He’s made two All-Star teams. He helped them get back to the playoffs. He’s played through several injuries. He hasn’t been a locker room cancer. For whatever reason, the Bulls keep dangling him in trade talks and it’s rubbing him the wrong way.”
The Kings are currently led by Domantas Sabonis and De’Aaron Fox. They would have a lethal Big 3 of Sabonis, Fox and LaVine if Sacramento’s front office figured out a way to acquire LaVine from Chicago. All three All-Stars can score over 25 points on any given night.
LaVine has career averages of 20.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.9 assists with the Timberwolves and Bulls. He’s one of the best scorers in the NBA, averaging 25.4 points over the last three seasons.
