3 NBA Trade Suitors To Monitor For Hawks’ Clint Capela

The Atlanta Hawks concluded an ultimately disappointing 2022-23 NBA season. 

This team sent the San Antonio Spurs three first-round picks in exchange for Dejounte Murray. With that in mind, a first-round exit could hardly be considered a solid return on their investment. 

Still, there are avenues for this team to improve. They may be light on draft capital, but the Hawks have some roster overlap.

If they were to move one of their starting caliber big men, they could bring in a player who balances this roster. 

We suspect they’d shop Clint Capela. Onyeka Onkongwu is younger, and Capela should fetch a significant return from a team in need of interior defense.
