The Boston Celtics won’t be able to sign him outright. This team is cash-strapped. On the other hand, they may be able to orchestrate a sign and trade. 

It would be worth their while. Granted, VanVleet isn’t the same type of distributor as the other two players we’ve listed here. With that said, he’s a more talented shot-creator.
