Friendship. Is there anything more valuable? Think about it. Surely, you’ve had trouble in your life. Didn’t you turn to your friends? Isn’t that simply human nature? Perhaps this applies to the NBA, too.

Keep in mind, some players have friends within the league. For example, LeBron James and Chris Paul are widely known to be close. 

Yet, they’ve never played together. Shouldn’t they? Wouldn’t James and Paul make an ideal on-court pairing?

Meanwhile, one wonders if their pre-existing chemistry would yield additional benefits on the floor. 

Right now, James wants the Lakers to add a dependable point guard. Paul could become a name available on the trade block. Is there a fit?
