Some players have been instrumental in its development. These ate the players who will serve their own interests first. We’re not judging them.

Why should they cater to organizations that won’t cater to them unless it suits them? 

That attitude of independence is perhaps best personified by Kyrie Irving. Say what you will about the mercurial point guard. One thing is certain: he won’t let your opinion dictate his decision.
