This year is no exception. There are plenty of situations to keep an eye on. The most popular second-overall pick in this draft is a point guard (Scoot Henderson), and the teams with the second and third-overall picks have franchise players at that spot. 

Of course, the Charlotte Hornets and Portland Trail Blazers won’t be the only teams to keep an eye on. Any team that’s looking to stay competitive could shop their pick.

For example, the Dallas Mavericks would easily move their 10th overall selection. 

With that said, any team considering a rebuild could look to acquire that pick. For example, plenty of folks are expecting the Toronto Raptors to start from scratch.
