With that in mind, they should move Herro this summer. If the front office agrees, this is a good deal. The Heat could use a stretch big like Bamba, and Beasley replaces much of Herro’s movement shooting.

Still, the most important asset that the Heat are acquiring here is the Lakers’ unprotected 2029 pick.
We just touched on James’ age – there’s no reason to believe the Lakers won’t be in the lottery by 2029.
