The Portland Trail Blazers will trade the 3rd overall pick in the NBA Draft. It certainly feels like a foregone conclusion.

Some will say it’s not the route that the Blazers should take.

They’ll argue that with the Hornets’ rumored interest in Brandon Miller, Portland should trade Damian Lillard and rebuild around Scoot Henderson. 

Perhaps. On the other hand, doesn’t that feel off-brand for Portland? This team’s loyalty to Lillard seems unbreakable.

Moreover, they already have Damian Lillard. With a blockbuster trade, they could put a contender around him.
