Nobody likes making difficult decisions. That’s exactly what makes them challenging. Sometimes, NBA teams need to make the same types of choices.

Sometimes, they’re necessary. When you can only have one or the other – but not both – you’ve got to choose which one you need the most. 

They may have a quality player on their team that they’d have to move in order to fill a pressing need. That can lead to a difficult decision. 

For example, look at the Cleveland Cavaliers. This team needs a wing. Unfortunately, they don’t have much to trade.

With that said, if they were willing to move one of their star guards, they could expand their options.
