It feels like the Wizards select between 8th and 10th in every draft. This team is regularly bringing quality young players into the fold.
On the other hand, they’re seldom bringing in stars. Meanwhile, it doesn’t feel like Bradley Beal can lead them to serious title contention.
On the other hand, that hasn’t deterred this organization from chasing wins before. This summer might not be an exception.
A big trade by the Wizards could put them in a position to be legitimately competitive next season. Adding that type of talent on the wing could be intriguing.
If it isn’t, they might as well go get OG Anunoby of the Toronto Raptors.
