Everybody loves an NBA underdog story. Unless, of course, you’re a fan of the favorite. In that event, losing to the underdog stings. This was not supposed to happen.
That’s how fans of the Milwaukee Bucks are feeling at the moment. This team was just eliminated by the Miami Heat. They were supposed to be serious title contenders this season.
Interestingly, the Heat beat the Bucks without Tyler Herro. It makes you think. Could the Heat look to shop Herro for a win-now upgrade this summer?
Depending on how the Eastern Conference Semifinals go for the Heat when they take on the New York Knicks, it could be a logical option. The path forward would be to add a difference-maker.
Herro should be willing a key role in the Heat’s offense in a dependable fashion. He isn’t the most dynamic or consistent option. There’s room for a better option there.
