Why The Brooklyn Nets Do The Deal
Well, using the inverse logic, the Nets have an obvious incentive here. They’re getting off of the worst contract in the NBA.
That’s got its own value. The Nets are parting with a second-round pick in the process of doing so. That’s a small price to pay.
Meanwhile, they could probably use the players they’re getting here. McGee could be a nice backup for Nic Claxton. Bertans offers some additional floor spacing.
Bullock is a serviceable third-string wing at this point in his career.
