Here’s the thing about Bridges – he could be the missing piece for any contender. 

This is a skeleton key of a player. Bridges is arguably the best 3-and-D wing in the NBA, and he’s able to create his own shot at well. He’s the perfect complimentary star. 

That’s key for the Grizzlies. This offense will continue to run through Ja Morant. The Grizzlies simply need players that will complement him while he’s running the show – and carry the offense when he isn’t. 

They already have one such player in Desmond Bane. In bringing Bridges on board, the Grizzlies are creating a super team.
