Time is deceptively difficult to measure. It feels like yesterday that the NBA season got underway. On the other hand, it feels like an eternity ago.

Suppose you see a close friend that you haven’t seen in quite some time. In some ways, it may feel like an eternity since you’ve seen them. In others, it may feel like yesterday. 

Either way, the season is almost over. By now, we’ve got some idea of who most of these teams are. 

One exception to that rule is the Los Angeles Clippers. On some nights, this team looks like a world-beater.

On other nights, they look defeated. By contrast, we know the Charlotte Hornets are a lottery team.
