The best NBA teams are usually, in part, defined by their culture. It’s hard to put a finger on exactly what team culture is.

Still, you know it when you see it. Some teams are just more consistent in their principles. 

The Golden State Warriors are one such team. In fact, they’ve arguably had the best culture in the league for the last decade. Everyone knows what defines this club. 

On the other hand, don’t sell the Miami Heat’s culture short. It’s a term that we frequently associate with this organization.

The Heat won’t roster a player if they won’t work hard enough to fit in. 

Could they acquire Draymond Green this summer to bolster that culture?
