Elgin Baylor. Charles Barkley. Vince Carter. Being an NBA superstar does not guarantee you a ring. There’s a long list of greats throughout history that retired without reaching that mountain top.
It’s possible that James Harden will be adding his name to that list. Yes, his Philadelphia 76ers are serious title contenders this season.
With that said, if they don’t win the title, it’s rumored that Harden could be heading elsewhere.
Many of those rumors have been reuniting with the Houston Rockets. Given where they sit in the standings, that would likely mean Harden had abandoned his pursuit of a title.
