He’s also a competent floor spacer. Bamba isn’t a knockdown shooter, but he hits threes at a high enough percentage to space the floor. That’s critical alongside Doncic. 

Of course, so is having a movement shooter like Hardaway Jr. That’s fine. The Mavericks can try to replace him at cost.
