It’s still hard to believe, but it’s true. NBA superstar Kyrie Irving is a Dallas Maverick.
The Mavs created quite a stir by acquiring the mercurial point guard at this year’s deadline. It was one of the biggest news pieces in the NBA this season.
On the other hand, the work is not done yet. Irving is a free agent this summer. The Mavericks did well to acquire him, but now, they need to keep him.
They need to do more than that, too. This team feels incomplete.
The Mavericks could use a 3-and-D wing to compliment their offensively gifted backcourt of Irving and Luka Doncic.
Could they land Keldon Johnson of the San Antonio Spurs?
