Damian Lillard may never be traded by the Portland Trail Blazers. He’s been there his whole NBA career and there’s a case to be made either way.

Let’s be realistic here, shall we? For years, they have had the opportunity to do so. They have also had the motive for doing so. Despite this, Lillard continues to be a member of the Blazers. 

There is a possibility that this small market team is apprehensive about bottoming out. Moreover, Lillard does not seem to be interested in leaving the team anytime soon.

There is a possibility that he may retire as a Blazer. In addition to this, Lillard is still performing at a peak level. There may still be some peak value left in him, as well.
