There is no doubt that everyone has an opinion about middling NBA teams. It is an extremely difficult position for them to be in.

There will be some people who will say that this is the worst possible situation to be in. When you are in the middle, you can’t take advantage of the lottery, but you won’t be able to compete for the NBA title either if you are in the middle. 

The time has come for rebuilding, right? Isn’t it? Well, that’s also easier said than done, isn’t it? As it turns out, selling fans on the idea of a long-term rebuilding process isn’t an easy task.

There are some people who would rather remain competitive even if they are not in contention at the moment. Take a look at the Chicago Bulls for example.
