On the surface, there are obvious buyers and sellers who may be interested in the property. In other words, that’s what’s apparent on the surface. The reality is that teams don’t always behave the way we would expect them to behave.
Let’s take the Charlotte Hornets as an example. Quite a few fans expected the team to move some of its veterans at this year’s trade deadline. Rightfully so. The team is among the worst in the NBA this season and could benefit from shedding future salary.
