As long as all of these deals are on the table, the Toronto Raptors could be justified in picking any one of them. In the end, it comes down to what they prefer. 

There is no doubt that first-round picks are volatile assets when it comes to their value. The Grizzlies are providing three picks, which are likely to land outside the lottery if they accept the Grizzlies’ package. After all, they’re sending OG Anunoby to a team that is already contending for the playoffs. 

On the other hand, this deal offers them picks that have a chance of winning the lottery. It is possible that the Lakers will land in the lottery this season or next season. Thus, the Raptors would have to decide which young player they liked the most based on this consideration. 

There is no doubt that Williams has the most upside, but Quickley is the most proven. In contrast, Hayes fills the biggest roster need for them on the other hand.
