No matter how valuable you think you are, remember that you’re likely replaceable. The NBA serves as a great example, and there may be a lesson involving the Phoenix Suns with the Minnesota Timberwolves having a possible solution.

The truth hurts. It’s still true. Even the best in their professions can be replaced. If they work in a profession where youth is an advantage, that holds especially true. 

A profession like sports, for example. NBA players are usually replaceable. Even ones who dominate their peers for years on end will eventually age out of that dominance, and eventually, be replaced. 

With that in mind, the Phoenix Suns ought to consider replacing Chris Paul. This season, he’s beginning to look like a player on the decline. At 38, who can blame him?

At the same time, the Suns couldn’t be blamed for replacing him, either.
