Meanwhile, Siam may be a perfect fit for this roster. He’s spent much of the last two seasons playing the 5 for the Raptors. The Hawks may just need a stretch big man more than anything else.
Siakam would mitigate Murray’s limited floor spacing. More broadly, he also gives the Hawks a third playmaker that commands serious defensive attention.
