Frankly, we’re not sure. Either way, the rumor mill suggests that it’s a course of action the Knicks are considering. 

In all fairness, Quickley is probably the type of player who’s more valuable when you already have a player like Doncic. Once again, the Knicks do not. Moreover, they seem intent on doing what they can to land such a player. 

After all, we saw this team hotly pursue Donovan Mitchell this summer. They fell short in their pursuit. Don’t be surprised when they make a bid for the next disgruntled star to hit the market. 

Adding another first-round pick to their substantial collection will help them do it. In the meantime, a reunion with Ntilikina makes sense.
