Life is about finding your role and committing to it. That’s true in any facet of life. If you’re someone’s assistant, that’s fine. Just be the best assistant you can be. NBA players need to find the same balance.

Every player in the league can’t be a star. If you can be a star in your role, you’ll find a way to contribute in this league. 

Grayson Allen is a star in his role. However, Alex Caruso plays a similar role, with even more effectiveness. 

With the Milwaukee Bucks building an identity around defensive toughness, it would be intriguing to add another on-ball pest like Caruso. While Allen’s shooting is key, he just isn’t quite the impact player on the defensive end like Caruso.

The Bulls are in a situation where they will probably be headed for a rebuild sooner rather than later. Adding an asset along the way only helps.
