Terry Rozier is a good player. Pascal Siakam is a superstar.
If Dallas wants to break the bank, this is the move. Siakam is a strong two-way player. On the offensive end, he can score in isolation, do a lot of damage in transition, and set up teammates.
On defense, Siakam is aggressive and versatile. That’s key here. Doncic is not a very good defender, and Siakam is a tone-setter. He can make up a lot of the ground that Doncic cedes.
As for the Toronto Raptors, they appear to be mired in mediocrity this season. We don’t know if they’d really entertain a Pascal Siakam deal, but if they could, three first-rounders, a swap, and a promising young player like Josh Green is a good return.
