Any NBA team wants its players to get along.

Life is just easier that way. It’s not a requirement – throughout the league’s history, we’ve seen teammates feud all the way through an NBA championship run. At the same time, some feuds can leave a team well short of that goal.

We’re not saying the Minnesota Timberwolves don’t get along. After all, we’re not in that locker room. At the same time, if you’re reading the tea leaves, it’s hard to feel confident about the relationships on this team.

Anthony Edwards says he plays better when the team goes small. Given that they run twin towers in their starting lineup, that’s not ideal. Meanwhile, Karl-Anthony Towns recently made some comments about Edwards’ size – or, more specifically, his diet.

Here’s one that sends Towns to the Toronto Raptors.
