Some people go about their business quietly. Some people are serious. They clock in, work, clock out, go home and enjoy the company of their loved one(s). NBA teams are no different.

Other people can’t seem to avoid drama. They’ll usually tell you that they don’t like it. Sure. We suppose that’s why it follows you wherever you go. 

Some teams simply go about collecting quality players, improving their team, and trying to win. They may have interpersonal conflicts, but they keep them in-house and strive to resolve them as quickly as possible. Other teams are lightning rods for controversy. 

The Memphis Grizzlies are one of the former teams. They’re generally unassuming – you don’t really notice them until suddenly, they’ve got one of the best collections of young talent in the NBA.
