Teams that rest on their laurels tend to fall behind. Realistically, the key to running a successful NBA team is recognizing where your team is in relation to the rest of the league. If you’re not in an advantageous position, you need to make a move to get in one – one way or another.
Apparently, the Washington Wizards missed that memo. For the past several seasons, this organization has appeared content to wallow in mediocrity.
