The Chicago Bulls are likely planning for contention in 2022-23. They may not have the league’s best championship odds, but they have enough win-now talent on this roster that it feels like their most likely course of action.
On the other hand, many would suggest that the New York Knicks ought to be planning for the future. With that said, it’s hard to be sure that’s what they’re doing.
