Why The Chicago Bulls Do The Deal 

With this deal, the Bulls really push all in. If they weren’t already committed to contention, they are now. With that said, this trade could give them a real shot. 

Siakam would be reuniting with former teammate DeMar DeRozan here. The Bulls ought to place some value on that pre-existing chemistry. At the same time, it’s the talent that should really appeal to them hear. 

DeRozan, Siakam, and Zach LaVine would make for one of the best offensive trios in the NBA. Moreover, they’d have a uniquely varied skillset between them.

DeRozan is an on-ball playmaker, LaVine is a hybrid on-ball/off-ball scorer, and Siakam is…a point-forward-center?
