LA Clippers
The 2024 offseason is going to be a pivotal one for the LA Clippers. Both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George have player options for the 2024-25 season.
Based on how things usually go with players of their caliber, they very well could decline those options and look to cash in on one more lucrative extension.
At that time, George will be 34 and Leonard will be 33. The Clippers could be looking to shake things up a little bit at that time, as committing long-term to players of that age is certainly risky even for an owner such as Steve Ballmer in which money is not a problem.
Committed to building a winner, the Clippers are a team that every free agent should be keeping tabs on. Brown should have his eyes on them because he could be seen as someone that can extend their championship window.

Pairing Brown with either of them would help keep the LA Clippers competitive in the short-term, but also give them a foundational piece for the future.
If both players decline their option and the team declines the club option on Luke Kennard worth nearly $15.5 million, the LA Clippers would have space for two maximum contract salaries. They could target someone such as Brown and then bring back George and Leonard along with him at lower price tags to fit all three players into the salary cap.

Right now, the only players with guaranteed contracts for the 2024-25 season are Norman Powell, Ivica Zubac, Amir Coffey and Terence Mann. It would be a pretty clean slate for Brown to be joining as they could fill the roster out around him with players that fit his skill set as well.
