Portland Trail Blazers Receive: F Draymond Green
Golden State Warriors Receive: G/F Josh Hart, G/F Justise Winslow, F Nasir Little, 2025 First-Round Pick
The Golden State Warriors could have a salary cap crunch heading their way. They have numerous players up for extensions and while they would love to keep everyone, that is just not a feasible course of action.
One of the players that they have to decide about is Draymond Green. If they decide they will not meet his contract demands and he looks to be traded, the Portland Trail Blazers are a team that could jump into the mix.
Green would be an impact addition for them and someone Damian Lillard has spoken highly about in the past. Taking advantage of the Warriors’ situation would be a shrewd move by their front office.
To match salary, Josh Hart, Justise Winslow and Nasir Little are sent to Golden State, along with a first-round pick.
