Miami Heat

The Miami Heat have shown that they are willing to move heaven and Earth if it puts them in a better position to win an NBA Championship. Pat Riley is willing to win at any cost and it has led to a lot of success for the franchise.

This offseason, they have been connected to stars such as Kevin Durant and Donovan Mitchell. Players on a lower tier such as Collin Sexton is another player that has been mentioned in connection to the Heat. The one thing that they all have in common is that they can score the ball effortlessly.

Miami is searching out offensive options to help take the pressure off of Jimmy Butler, who was sometimes the sole source of offense for the team. While they likely won’t have cap space to spend next offseason, the Miami Heat could engage in sign-and-trade deals with the Golden State Warriors to get a deal done for Jordan Poole.

Poole was excellent for the Warriors this past season and would bring a lot to the table that the Miami Heat are seeking. While not a natural point guard, he is comfortable running the offense. He could play in between Lowry and Butler, providing the Heat with another player capable of being the hub of the offense.
