Another huge name may have just hit the NBA trading block. The Utah Jazz seemed destined to blow it up heading into this summer, as their superstar tandem of Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert.

The Jazz had repeatedly failed for years to improve upon the surprising second-round appearance they made in Spida’s rookie campaign.

Yet, draft night came and went quietly as Team President of Basketball Operations Danny Ainge seemingly stood pat, determined to make it work with his current star pairing.

There had been reports that the Jazz were considering running it back again, contrary to popular belief. Shortly after the 2022 NBA Draft, though, it was announced that the Jazz would be trading Rudy Gobert to the Minnesota Timberwolves in return for a massive haul that featured Jarred Vanderbilt and three unprotected first-round picks.

With the pieces they acquired from the T-Wolves in tow, Ainge then made it seem as though he were content building around Donovan Mitchell. Now, though, it’s been made known that the Jazz are at least listening to offers for the Louisville product.

There are certainly several teams who could use the electrifying scorer in their backcourt and trade talks should heat up significantly.
