Believe it or not, we can already read your mind. Kevin Durant returning to the Golden State Warriors after they just won the NBA Finals? Have you lost your mind? We get it.

The last time Durant was on Golden State, his exit was, to put it politely, acrimonious. After being told by Draymond Green that the team “didn’t need him”, would he really return to the team again? Absolutely.

Here’s a thought experiment. Imagine if we told you that, not a full season after James Harden joined the Brooklyn Nets, he’d be on the Philadelphia 76ers, Kevin Durant would have requested a trade, and Kyrie Irving’s status with the team was also in question.

You’d probably ask us a similar question regarding our sanity. Don’t rule out any possibilities in the National Basketball Association.
