When the New York Knicks acquired Cam Reddish from the Atlanta Hawks at last year’s NBA trade deadline, there was excitement in the Big Apple.

Granted, Reddish hasn’t necessarily lived up to his pre-draft as a professional so far. With that said, he’s only 22.

With an enticing combination of length and lateral mobility, he still holds immense potential as a 3-and-D wing with secondary shot creation abilities.

Having said that, the excitement around him in New York appears dead. Head Coach Tom Thibodeau didn’t appear to be a fan of Reddish. He spent most of the second half of last season in Thibs’ dog house.
