It’s hard to say what decisions they’ll make. The safer money may be on them forging ahead with their key pieces, hoping to eventually gravitate to contender status.

Trading Pascal Siakam would certainly qualify. He’s been a mainstay for this franchise for some time. Still, the Raptors would stand to get a sizeable return for his services. If they determined that he’s too similar to Barnes, and felt compelled to diversify, Siakam could be on the trade block.
