If Khris Middleton hadn’t suffered a postseason injury, things may have gone differently. He wasn’t, and they didn’t. The Bucks are probably not spending much time thinking of what might have been.
They’ll spend this offseason focusing on what could be. Which, of course, is another championship run in 2022-23. Arguably one of those thoughts to ponder could be: “What if we had another wing player that can shoot?”
This Bucks team probably doesn’t have to do much to get there, but some incremental improvements to their roster could go a long way. Having Giannis Antetokounmpo will give them a chance by default, but they could use another piece.
