3 Realistic NBA Free Agency Targets For Dallas Mavericks

It was a successful year for the Dallas Mavericks in the 2021-22 NBA season. They’ll be hoping to build on a trip to the NBA Western Conference Finals heading into next season. In other words, they’ll be looking to upgrade this roster in the offseason.

That may be easier said than done. As it stands, the Mavericks have several large contracts on the books. They don’t have the most tradeable contracts, and they’re light on draft capital.

On the other hand, the Mavericks may not need to do much to improve their championship odds. Again: this team is coming off of a trip to the Western Conference Finals.

Some marginal moves could go a long way for this group. A better rim protector or another solid offensive option could be all they need to get over the league’s proverbial hump.
